Privacy notice
This notice explains how Sensor Cloudhub handles personal data when you browse sensor-cloudhub.digital, write the desk, or enrol in a programme. It should be read with our Cookies page.
Data controller
Sensor Cloudhub is the controller for personal data collected through this site and through enrolment administration. Correspondence: Street: 11/90 Soi Lertpathana-Nua Daokanong-Jomthong Road Bangkhor; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10150; Country: Thailand. Email: info@sensor-cloudhub.digital. Phone: 662 4682765.
What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message content. From enrolment: billing name, invoice address, seat identity, and the artefacts you submit for critique. From the site: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept only as needed to operate and secure the host. If you accept analytics cookies, we may also see aggregated page-use measures as described on the Cookies page. Rejecting those cookies does not block courses or forms.
Why we use it
We use contact data to reply to your note and to judge whether a diagnostic is appropriate. We use enrolment data to teach, invoice, and keep alumni critique lists you opted into. We use security logs to keep the site stable. We do not sell personal data and we do not use student artefacts as public marketing without written permission.
Legal bases
Where Thai personal data protection law applies, we rely on: steps at your request before a contract (diagnostic and enrolment); performance of a teaching contract; legitimate interests in operating a small atelier and securing the site; consent where you accept optional analytics cookies; and any legal obligation to retain invoices.
Retention
Contact form messages are kept up to 24 months unless they become part of an enrolment file. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for at least five years to meet Thai accounting practice, then deleted or archived in reduced form. Studio artefacts are kept for the duration of the cycle plus 18 months for teaching-quality review, then deleted unless you ask us to retain a marked copy. Security logs rotate within 90 days unless an incident requires a longer hold. Cookie consent stored in your browser remains until you clear it.
Your rights
Subject to Thai PDPA and any other law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the Sensor Cloudhub key in local storage or writing us. These rights are not absolute; invoices we must keep are an example of a limit.
Send requests to info@sensor-cloudhub.digital. We may need to verify that we are speaking with the right person. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand or with another supervisory authority that has jurisdiction over you.
International transfers
Faculty, email, and hosting may process data outside Thailand, including in jurisdictions where servers for our email or static host operate. When we transfer personal data internationally, we do so only as needed to run the atelier and, where required, with contractual or other safeguards recognised under Thai PDPA. By writing the desk or enrolling, you understand that your message may be read by faculty who are travelling. We do not send student warehouse extracts to public generative-AI tools.
Processors
We use a static site host, email delivery, and (if you accept analytics cookies) an analytics provider listed in the cookie table. They act on our instructions and may not use your data to build their own teaching products.
Children
Programmes are aimed at working operators. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
