Terms of use

These terms govern access to sensor-cloudhub.digital and enrolment in Sensor Cloudhub programmes. By using the site or requesting a seat, you accept them. If you do not, close the site and do not submit a diagnostic note.

Acceptance and changes

Continued use after we publish a revised version of this page constitutes acceptance of the revision. Material changes to enrolment terms will be emailed to active students at the address they gave us. Site-only visitors are responsible for re-reading this page when they return.

Accounts, notes, and conduct

Diagnostic notes and studio artefacts must not include personal data of your customers beyond what is necessary to discuss instrumentation grain. You remain responsible for anonymising extracts. Harassment of faculty, peers, or staff, or recording studios without consent, is grounds for removal without a teaching credit.

Programmes and informational pricing

Course descriptions and fees on this site are informational. They are not an online checkout. A seat exists only after written confirmation from the desk. We may decline a diagnostic when the motion is a poor fit for Product-Led Growth Analytics, including purely outbound brochure products.

Intellectual property

Site copy, the Observatory method language, syllabi, and faculty mark-up templates are owned by Sensor Cloudhub or its licensors. You may not republish them as your own curriculum. Artefacts you create about your product remain yours. Faculty comments on those artefacts may be kept for teaching quality review inside the atelier and are not a licence for us to publish your warehouse.

Unsplash and other public image sources remain credited to their authors under their respective licences. Trademarks of third-party tools mentioned in essays belong to their owners.

Student work and confidentiality

Peers in a studio will see the extracts you choose to share. Do not upload material you are contractually forbidden to show. We treat studio contents as confidential to the cycle, except where a student later agrees in writing to a named case study.

Limitation of liability

Teaching does not guarantee expansion, win-rate movement, or any commercial outcome. Analytics judgements remain yours. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Sensor Cloudhub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or participation in a programme. Our aggregate liability for a given enrolment is limited to the fees you actually paid for that cycle.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai consumer or other mandatory law.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as available.” Journal essays are opinion and teaching notes, not professional advice on tax, employment, or regulated financial activity. Links to third-party tools are not endorsements.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer forum rights you may have. We prefer to resolve enrolment disputes in writing before either party files.
